Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the iOS apps published by Indie Apps Team ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our apps, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Use the apps to violate any law or to infringe the rights of others.
- Interfere with or disrupt the apps' integrity or performance.
3. In-app purchases and subscriptions
Some apps may offer paid features or subscriptions through Apple's App Store. All payments, renewals, and refund requests are handled by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID settings.
4. User content
You retain all rights to content you create in our apps. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not have access to content stored on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indie Apps Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the apps.
7. Changes to the apps or these Terms
We may update our apps and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using our apps at any time by deleting them. We may suspend or terminate your access to features if you violate these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Indie Apps Team operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
